Library Fee Reimbursement Request

The Borough of North Caldwell will reimburse residents an amount up to 50% with a maximum of $150.00 for annual library fees upon completing a reimbursement application obtained at Borough Hall or online, and attaching a receipt of your payment, indicating which library (Caldwell, West Caldwell, Fairfield, Cedar Grove, or Little Falls).
