PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the North Caldwell Mayor and Council Regular meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday, September 26, 2023 is hereby rescheduled for Wednesday, September 27, 2023.  The meeting will begin at 6:30pm and will be held in the Council Chambers, Borough Hall, 141 Gould Avenue, North Caldwell, NJ.  The meeting will offer virtual participation, to the extent possible, in which the public may participate as follows:
