Mission Statement

The North Caldwell Municipal Alliance is driven to keep the children of North Caldwell drug and alcohol free. The Municipal Alliance works in conjunction with the North Caldwell Police Department, North Caldwell School district and West Essex Regional School district to provide educational programs and materials for children and parents of North Caldwell regarding drug and alcohol abuse.
