Emergency Contact Information
All residents should provide Emergency Contact Information to the police department.
Register Alarm Systems
It is mandatory under Borough Ordinance #22-6 that all alarm systems be registered with the police department. Resident Information and Alarm Forms are available from the Police Front Counter or Email the Police Department to request forms.
Emergency Notifications
Attention all residents: in order to receive a call from our Emergency Notification System, it is imperative that we have an updated name and phone number. Roadway Parking
Borough Ordinance #99-6 prohibits parking on the roadway from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. If there are extenuating circumstances and you must have a vehicle parked on the roadway overnight, call the police desk, 973-226-0800, to register your vehicle to avoid being ticketed.

Be safe on the roadway: Please be sure you buckle up, observe the posted speed limit and yield to pedestrians.
